1) Position: Business Development Manager

Roles and Responsibilities

Hardware Maintenance Sales
- Customer requirement study/ review – Determine service requirements included but not limited to capacity, pricing, costing & revenue, resources capability, scoping, service level.
- Lead all strategy and account planning for must win and proactive opportunities.
- Determine business requirements by obtaining advisory from ITSS and analysis of asset, sparing/loaner strategy, support strategy, resources distribution, skills & technology requirements.
- Provide pricing on hardware maintenance (including warranty upgrades, engineering , MECS-Link & service desk services) to Account Manager.
- Initial subcontractor / B2B vendors liaison (price protection & agreement).
- Understanding subcontractor / B2B vendors scope of work, review & propose 3rd party providers deliverables.
- Propose subcontractor / B2B vendors to Account Manager.
- Proposal/ contract presentation (MA portion).
- Keeping customers up-to-date on new offerings and pro-actively identify business opportunities for up-selling of existing contracts.
- Follow up all up-selling opportunities with necessary actions right through final decisions.
- Manage and provide update for company delivery forecast.
- Attend Technical Review Meetings (TRM), Commercial Review Meeting (CRM), Commercial.
Contract Retention Initiation & Closure
- Initiating timely monitoring of contract’s expiration to pro-actively contact customers for renewal.
- Fronting customers to follow up renewal/ termination, scoping, costing and changes of deliverables. (Work with AMs when needed and Consult SDMs on operations deliverables and resources).
- Facilitate sales & retention support admin in contract preparation.

3) Position: L1 Network Engineer

Roles and Responsibilities

Responsible for network software, hardware and network infrastructure.
Responsible for network installation, configuration, testing, commissioning and maintenance activities for switches, routers, UTP, fiber, LAN, WAN, wireless, data lines such as leased line, ISDN and Streamyx, DHCP, network monitoring system and routing.
Responsible for security management such as firewall, packetshaper, load balancer, DNS & SMTP gateway, proxy system and the yearly security assessment.
Responsible for the phone infrastructure troubleshooting such as Cisco Call manager, Deltapath voicemail, billing system VOIP, telephone set and reporting.
Work with internal technical team to resolve any network & telecommunication problems.
Document network & telecommunication problems and resolutions for future reference.
Report analysis on network & telecommunication security, including firewalls, system log, etc.
Analyze utilization patterns and their effect on operation/system availability and performance expectations.
Investigate and recommend enhancements and operating procedures that optimize network availability.
Provide daily, weekly and monthly report for network and telecommunication monitoring system to Head of Network infrastructure.

Requirements

Degree in Information Technology or similar discipline or equivalent experience.
Minimum 2 years relevant experience, preferably in the manufacturing and engineering industries.
Good knowledge of IT functions and processes.
Good interpersonal and communication skills and a proven ability to lead.
Strong knowledge of local area network (LAN) & communication (IP Phone).

Roles and Responsibilities

Manage a portfolio of projects according to the standards and expectations of the project.
Manage assigned resources as appropriate to the implementation of project related activities.
Prepare and maintain all project documentation such as; initiation, delivery plans and budgets.
Develop and maintain Programme Plans and reporting documentation as necessary to ensure timely communication and successful delivery of assigned projects.

Job Experience

At least 5 years project management experience, in a role that requires involvement and understanding of business activities. Aware of industry and professional standards (e.g. ISO 9001).
Extensive experience in infrastructure or organisation wide application implementation.
Familiar with methodologies and project tools such as PRINCE 2, PMI and Microsoft Project.
Effective at acquiring an understanding of a problem or situation, and developing an approach to interacting with the situation.
Needs to keep overall objectives and strategies in mind, and not be deflected by matters of detail.
Effective in the application of relevant industry and process standards to all tasks undertaken.
Must take initiative to ensure technical skills and specialization’s are kept up to date in line with industry developments and ensure that all relevant skill sets are current.

Project Technical Skill

Project technical experience with web back-end, UI/UX development, mobile development, databases, and user support.
Good background project experience in database design and developing SQL objects in Microsoft SQL Server.
Project experience in developing multi-user / n-tier / object oriented applications using JAVA/C#.NET of large scale enterprise application solution.
Project experience developing web-based applications with JQuery or any JavaScript UI/UX framework.
Strong analytical and problem solving skills in project undertaken.
Added advantage if with PRINCE2 or PMP certification.

Reviews the latest alerts to determine relevancy and urgency and creates new trouble tickets for alerts that signal an incident, then determines and directs remediation and recovery efforts.
Runs and review vulnerability scans and reviews vulnerability assessment reports.
Conducts penetration tests on production systems to validate resiliency and identify areas of weakness to fix.
Manages, configures and recommends how to optimize security monitoring tools based on threat hunting discoveries.
Leverages emerging threat intelligence (IOCs, updated rules, etc.) to identify affected systems and the scope of the attack and explores ways to identify stealthy threats.
Participate in the day-to-day development of the team, including assistance with innovative processes, strategies, technologies, and operations.
Perform a wide range of Red Team testing including network penetration, web and mobile application testing, operational technical (ISC/SCADA), source code reviews, threat analysis, wireless network assessments, social-engineering testing, and evasion techniques.

Requirements

Candidates must have at least a Degree qualification in : IT / IT Security.
Candidates must have experience in Security Incident & Event Management Systems (SIEM).
